Place the measuring tape around the largest part of your chest—often this is around your nipples. The tape should be flat, but not too tight.

Wear undergarments only; do not measure over the clothing.

To get an accurate body measurement, always keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

If you're on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

If your measurements for chest and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the size indicated by your chest measurement.
