Do you offer customized items?

Yes! We offer fully customizable jerseys for both Authentic and Swingman jersey styles.

Why can’t I find an item on your site?  

Sometimes our selection may differ for a variety of reasons: 

  • Our assortment is highly curated and may be different from our competitors' offering. 
  • Inventory is limited and may be removed from the site.  
  • Due to licensing restrictions, some items are not available to be sold online.

Why did the price on the item change?  

We like to offer the best deals when we can, so certain items will fluctuate based on current promotions.

How can I create an account?

How do I change my account information?  

To edit your account information, sign-in and select “Account Preferences” to begin editing your account information. 

How do I update my email preference?

Do you offer payment plans?  

Yes! At checkout, select Shop Pay and continue with the Affirm payment plan option.

Will I be charged sales tax?  

Purchases made at the on-site team store will be assessed Sacramento sales tax. Online orders placed in California will be assessed the sales tax applicable to the “ship to” address

Do you have Gift Cards?

Currently we do not offer Gift Cards. We plan on rolling these out in the near future!

Can I use my Fanatics Gift Card?  

Unfortunately, Fanatics issued gift cards are ineligible for use at the Kings Team Store at DOCO as of June 30, 2023. Fanatics Gift Cards can still be used at Fanatics locations. Fanatics Customer Service: 844-736-9449 | 8AM – 9PM EST. 7 Days a Week.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting our customer service. Once an order has been shipped it can be returned through our returns portal.

Where can I check the status of my order?  

To check the status of your order, you may contact customer service or look out for your tracking information email. Once your order has been processed, an email with your tracking information will be sent to you.

What if I did not receive an email confirmation? 

Oops, sometimes these things happen. Please go here and reach out with your order information. We are happy to assist!

How do weather delays factor into the delivery window?

Unexpected weather can cause shipping delays with certain carriers. Please refer to your shipment email to track the status of your order.

My order says it was delivered, but I did not receive it. What can I do?

The Sacramento Kings Team Store is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise once retrieved by the courier – but fear not, sometimes courier tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. If your package does not arrive - please file a claim with the shipping company for resolution.

Why is my order missing an item? 

A few reasons why this might occur:  

  • Items that are no longer in stock will be removed from the customer’s order and refunded to the original form of payment. 
  • Jerseys that require customization may ship separately. You will receive a separate tracking link for this item once it ships out.  

Why was my order cancelled?  

A few reasons why this might occur.

The Sacramento Kings reserve the right to refuse your purchase or cancel an order.

Sale of products and fulfillment of all orders at the Kings Team Store is subject to availability and our discretion in managing inventory. We explicitly reserve the right to limit, decline or refuse any sales and orders for any reason, without being liable for any damage or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to such sale or order, in situations including but not limited to:

• An event outside of our control

• The product you seek to purchase is not available or is no longer in stock.

• Your address, billing information or form of payment is incorrect or cannot be verified.

• Your order is flagged by our security systems as potentially fraudulent, or an order placed with automated ordering software or technology.

• There is evidence that your order (single or cumulative orders) was purchased for the purpose of resale, tax evasion, fraud, or other prohibited purpose.

• Your order was flagged for freight forwarding or shipping to an address or service provider that enables or allows foreign export or unlawful avoidance of sales tax.

• Your purchase or order exceeds product purchase limits (quantity and/or dollar amount).

• Your account and/or purchase history shows an excessively high volume of returns.

• There is evidence that you are not eligible to make purchases.

• In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes at the Kings Team Store where you wish to order or purchase.

• The customer lives outside the shipping region.

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet? 

Orders are typically shipped within five business days. At times, orders that contain jerseys in addition to general merchandise may experience delays if a jersey is being customized or created. To ensure you receive your items in a timely manner, items from the same order may ship separately.


What is your return policy for online orders?  

We gladly accept returns for all eligible items purchased from the Kings Team Store site within 30 days of purchase. Our return process is designed to be convenient and straightforward. Begin the return process through our Returns & Exchanges portal, and we will provide you with a shipping label for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will credit you the full purchase amount, with a deduction of an $9.95 restocking fee, to the card used for the purchase on the Kings Team Store.

What is your exchange policy for online orders?  

At the Kings Team Store, we are happy to offer exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of purchase. Our exchange process is designed to be seamless and hassle-free, all at no additional cost to you. Once you initiate the exchange for the eligible item you've purchased from the Kings Team Store, we will provide you with a shipping label. Once we receive the product for exchange, we will credit you the full purchase amount as store credit (in the form of a digital gift card), which you can use for future purchases at the Kings Team Store.

To ensure a successful return or exchange, please make sure that the returned product is in unused condition with all packaging, tags, and documentation intact. We regretfully cannot accept any worn or damaged products as returns.

Are there return exclusions/exceptions? 

Certain products on the Kings Team Sore are non-returnable including but not limited to “Final Sale” items, customized jerseys, all collaborations and special collections.

Please note that “Final Sale” items including sale items, underwear/hosiery, socks, swimwear, gloves and other items specifically listed on the individual product page as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will my exchange order ship out?  

Once we have confirmed receipt of your return, please allow up to 72 hours (about 3 days) to process your order.

When will I receive my refund?  

Once your return package is received and fully processed, you should receive your refund within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.


What are your shipping rates? 

Domestic Rates: 

  • Free Standard shipping for orders over $75


  • We offer international shipping through DHL
  • International shipping does not qualify for free shipping at this time

What destinations do you ship to? 

We ship to most countries worldwide! When placing your order, simply enter your shipping address, and our system will determine if we can deliver to your location.

All orders ship via DHL with customs/duties paid at checkout for frictionless delivery. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for international delivery.

Note that there may be restrictions on some products that prevent us shipping to international destinations.

Why didn’t all my items ship together?  

Orders that contain jerseys in addition to general merchandise may ship separately given the additional time that’s required to customize the jersey.

Processing Time

  • Jersey orders: 5-10 business days
  • All other products: 3-7 business days
  • Commemorative tickets: 15-30 business days, after ticket sale date ends
