Once an order is confirmed, processed, and shipped, it generally takes 7 business days to receive your shipment, unless otherwise noted. This excludes weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen shipping delays.

We are not liable for lost or stolen merchandise once shipped via the courier. Please file a claim with the shipping company for resolution.
